Ehrlich BBQ Extravaganza 2008

This weekend we headed up to New Jersey for David’s parents’ annual summer BBQ. The BBQ is a weekend we look forward to each year, and this year’s did not disappoint.

Fran and Dov must have been preparing for days- there was so much food! When we arrived Friday night, Dov was already working on his corned beef. On Saturday morning, David and Dov started working on the two smoked salmons. Once people started arriving, they also made chicken wings, hot dogs and lamb steaks, grilled veggies, kosher sausages and TONS more!









David and I had not seen a lot of these people since the wedding, so it was great to catch up a bit in a less formal setting (and more comfortable shoes).

Always a great afternoon, there were a ton of friends and family, the weather was beautiful, the food was delicious-- we had a fantastic time!
