After our disappointingly corked magnum of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, David wrote an e-mail to the folks at Chateau Mont Redon to let them know about our great experience at their vineyard and the unfortunate demise of our purchase.
The kind folks there e-mailed back the next day to say that while they couldnt replace our bottle, they would be happy to refund our entire purchase.
